Wedding coordination

The most important part of my job. The pinnacle of all planning. Months of preparations… and now it all has to be perfect, everything has to look beautiful and go according to plan. It’s adrenaline, but it’s always worth it! 🙂 Coordination itself is more difficult for me than planning the whole wedding, because in a few hours I have to get the information that I store when planning all year round. I need to know you, empathize with what is important to you, what matters most and perhaps what family relationships are.


I always accept reservations for the actual coordination of the wedding from the beginning of the new year in which the wedding is planned.

Yes, I even consider it a necessity. It is important to get to know each other and know that we are on the same page. I will become a part of one of the most beautiful days of your life, so you need to make sure that we are the right ones for you!

It depends mainly on the size of the wedding, but also on the schedule and the number of tasks that need to be handled. The number of coordinators is based on this. As a rule, however, the price is around CZK 7,500.

We can meet at a non-binding meeting in any part of Prague, or Prague-East, or online via FaceTime / Skype / Messenger, etc. You don’t go to the exam, so you don’t need any preparations, we have something good to drink, we talk about what you plan, what stage you are in, and about my work. I will make a note of everything and if we agree on cooperation, you will receive a wedding plan and schedule from me, which we will go through together at the meeting before the wedding.

I coordinate the wedding regardless of the time spent at the wedding. In that case, I would have to leave the work in progress many times, and that’s not my style. I usually go to the preparations in the morning and finish with the first dance, but there is no exception to another schedule. In any case, I reserve the whole day for you, so the price does not change only when the ceremony is requested.
